We offer a caring alternative to expensive assisted living for Southern California residents. Our facility is boutique with only 50 rooms, and we take special care of all our residents.

Rosarito is only a 1hr 30min drive from San Diego. Rosarito is Baja California's favorite destination for American expats. The unofficial estimate is that as many as 15,000 to 20,000 U.S. citizens are living in this beachside community of more than 125,000 residents, located a half-hour's drive from the U.S. border.
In Rosarito, the summers are short, comfortable, arid, and mostly clear while the winters are long, cool, and partly cloudy. Over the course of the year, the temperature typically varies from 49°F to 76°F and is rarely below 44°F or above 82°F. So it's San Diego at a fraction of the price.
Rosarito offers a golf course, surfing and all the comforts of the USA. There's a Home Depot, Walmart, Costco and anything else one could imagine.

Here at My Parents Home in Mexico, we specialize in affordable care, offered to you by qualified RN's, trained security and highly qualified Doctors, who are on call 24/7 for any of our clients needs.
We offer a free clinic that operates by appointment only, 5 days a week, where basic check ups can be done and prescriptions can be filled for free. We even have a driver who will happily go and fill the prescriptions for you, or take you in our company vehicle.
The Doctor will make monthly check-ups, and the RN's are prepared to attend to your daily needs.
We are not a corporate facility, and we prefer to cater to our guests needs, so the kitchen is run like a little restaurant, with a menu, that you can eat at anytime during operational hours. If you are not up to eating in the restaurant, we can bring your meal to your room, and clean up when you finish. We will always have snacks and fruit out at anytime, in case you're hungry, along with good quality coffee, and a variety of teas, juices and water.
We clean the rooms every third day, or as needed if the situation is called for.
We offer daily activities. Music day, arts & crafts, movies, and outings and a variety of entertainments , to keep our guests stimulated. People are left to do as they will, and sleep when they want. Each room is provided with US television for personal entertainment. We stay out of politics and religion in the common areas, but your personal space is all yours to make you feel right at home.
We offer an ambulance service back to the United States, in case of an emergency, and we are only thirty minutes to the border.
This oceanfront service with a private room in San Diego would cost anywhere from $12,000 to $25,000 a month conservatively, depending on the level of care that is needed. Our prices start at $3,500 USD for our most basic package, and we do not exceed $10,000 USD even when a client has reached the hospice level of care.
Mexican people are warm and lovely to the elderly, they are patient and thoughtful always. It is just part of their culture, which is a wonderful thing!
