Rooms & Costs

This option has the resident in their own large private room with an ample sitting area decorated in the manner they prefer. Private TV, radio, or they can just keep the door closed and enjoy some peace and quiet.  
Three meals a day are included as well as heat, hot water, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Also included is one doctor visit per month for checkups.

If your loved one is going to require extra help, we need to hire that help for you. We just can't expect our nurses to do all the heavy lifting, so we hire on help. 

This fee will cover any incidentals, such as, but not limited to:

• Transport to US
• Spa / salons
• Clothing
• Damaged property
• Hospital visits
• Pastoral services
• Funerals
  
  The ongoing care fee is required to be kept at $15,000. A monthly statement detailing the expenditures will be sent. We insist that we form a joint bank account so you can monitor your loved ones finances in real time and contact us immediately if there are any concerns.

At this stage, Doctor's visits become a very regular thing, and we still need some extra help for our nurses. We will do our absolute best to make your loved one as comfortable as possible. 

Fee includes: Hospice care $2,000 + Assisted Living $1,500

We take trips to the Valle de Guadalupe, obviously we provide transport, but the bus fills up fast, 15 passengers per day.

We go to the movies, down to the beach for a picnic, we do restaurants and other fun activities. We also provide lunch on our group outings. 

Your loved one may want to carry a bank card for your own personal accounting reasons.  However, MPMH can draw on the On Going Care Deposit for most any basic health care needs. The Deposit will only need to be topped up at month end.

Things happen, accidents happen, your loved one  may need to see a local surgeon to fix a broken bone or get an xray. That cost will be the patient's responsibility and taken from the On Going Care Deposit. However, we will contact the first person on the resident's contact  list for approval. Of course the security camera footage can be reviewed for your own peace of mind.  

It's pretty self explanatory. We can provide an ambulance service back to the states. Crossing times to and from the border to the US is unpredictable. Time charges are for a return trip with or without the patient.

We keep it at a constant 85 degrees and the pool wll be open 7 days a week from 9am to 5pm.

We lease out our salon space, and other than a wire transfer from the account, your loved one can be pampered when they want, even better, you can check up on your loved one through our security streaming network at all times. 

Maybe your loved one would prefer an outside spa, or just a trip to Walmart for something. We can arrange a shuttle service, to help with purchases and translations, and of course the return trip home safe and sound!

We do not ask permission for minor purchases under $500 USD because we both will receive an immediate notification of any purchase. The payments for these purchases will be taken from the "On Going Care Deposit". Of course the purchases are between you and your loved one and ultimat

We play cards and hold tournaments in crib, canasta, bridge and poker, but we do not allow gambling of any kind on our premises. There are board games and other games to keep the mind sharp.
